This splendid Estate Coffee is traditionally grown in shaded microclimates below the forested Poas Volcano, near the town of Naranjo, Costa Rica. We hand pick our coffee cherries at the moment of ripening perfection, only from plants grown at elevations above 3,900 feet; designating the coffee as “Strictly Hard Bean” (SHB).
Our coffee is processed under the highest quality standards, using the latest and most environmentally friendly technology available. We maintain the strictest environmental standards concerning water quality, recycling and reforestation.
